1. No Refund on Completed Services

All services rendered by Markethink are non-refundable once the work has been delivered in full or partially, as they are personalized and based on individual project scopes.

2. Cancellations Before Work Begins

Clients may request a cancellation before the project has started. In such cases, any upfront payment may be refunded minus administrative or consultation fees already incurred.

3. Revisions Instead of Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the initial delivery, we are happy to offer reasonable revisions within the project scope. Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with creative output once work has started.

4. Digital Products and Subscriptions

If digital products or subscription services are sold in the future, they may be subject to a different policy. Any such terms will be clearly stated on the product or service page.
